About the Author
Kyle Wilson is a loving husband, father of four, filmmaker, and author of his children’s book Daddy Loves You. When Kyle is not writing, he loves spending time with his family, doing archery, watching movies, and entertaining the latest podcast of his choice.
Kyle wrote this book because of his own trials, tribulations, and career choices that causes him to miss physical time with his children. He wanted to remind his kids that a peace of him is there every night through story time, even thought he can’t be.

Wounds to Wisdom is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides a safe, intimate space for Black men to connect and heal. It was founded by Najah Elessie. Daddy Loves You was included in the event take away bag as a further iteration of the importance of fatherhood when it comes to men’s mental health.
While at the mental health event, Kyle was able to meet actor Jonathan Majors, along with other prominent professionals, entertainers, and fathers.
